Return & Refund 

At Kajavarnam, every saree is carefully inspected for quality before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to assist you.

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.

Request Period:
Please raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Condition:
The saree must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
A complete unboxing video (showing the package from all sides and the opening process clearly) is mandatory for any return or exchange request. This helps us verify the issue and process your request smoothly.

Non-Returnable Items:
Customized, altered, or sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Process:
Once your request and video proof are verified, we will arrange a pickup or request that you ship the product back. After inspection, a replacement or credit note will be issued.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a store credit equal to your order value will be issued after verification. Please raise your request within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and product images.

The saree must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Kindly note, store credits are not offered for personal preferences such as color or design choice.
